Who we are

We Buy Businesses (webuybusinesses.cash) is a WolfPact company. This policy covers the valuation form on this site. Questions go to privacy@webuybusinesses.cash.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect:

• Name, email, and phone
• Business name, industry, and city and state
• Annual revenue range, profit or SDE range, and years in business
• Asset level, and any main asset types you choose
• Reason for selling, timeline, and your consent to be contacted
• Attribution such as UTM parameters, the landing page, a city-page slug, referrer, and ad click ids when they are present in the URL

We also store a routing decision: an acquisition-fit score, the reason for that score, and whether the note goes to the WolfPact platform or to the WolfPact CRM with a recommended next step. That decision is operational. We do not show the score to you as a pass or fail.

How we use it

We use the information to review a possible acquisition, prepare a valuation estimate, contact you, and — when a sale is not the closest next step — introduce Able services or WolfPact membership. We do not sell the form contents as a marketing list.

Where it goes

Acquisition-fit notes are posted to the WolfPact platform intake. Other notes create a contact and an opportunity in the WolfPact CRM, tagged webuybusinesses plus a cross-sell tag, in the WBB Cross-sell pipeline. If that system is unavailable, the note is stored locally and retried.

How long we keep it

We keep the note for as long as the acquisition review or the recommended next step is active, and for a limited period after that so we can answer a follow-up. You can ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@webuybusinesses.cash.

Spam controls

The form includes a hidden field and a rate limit. Those exist to block automated submissions. They are not used to profile you.
